Summary
In chapter 7 of “Demon Slayer” manga, Tanjiro and his companions are assigned to investigate a demon that has been killing people in a nearby town. They arrive in the town and begin their investigation.
As they search for the demon, they encounter a young girl named Susamaru and her companion Yahaba, who are also demons. Susamaru is a powerful demon who uses a ball-and-chain as her weapon, while Yahaba has the ability to manipulate arrows.
Tanjiro engages in a battle with Susamaru while Zenitsu and Inosuke fight Yahaba. However, Susamaru proves to be too powerful for Tanjiro to defeat alone. She releases a powerful attack that destroys much of the town and injures Tanjiro.
Just as all hope seems lost, a mysterious swordsman arrives and saves Tanjiro from Susamaru’s attack. The swordsman introduces himself as Tomioka Giyu, a fellow demon slayer.
Chapter 7 introduces a new set of formidable opponents for Tanjiro and his companions. It also introduces a new character, Tomioka Giyu, who becomes an important figure in the series. The chapter ends with Giyu preparing to engage in battle with Susamaru and Yahaba.
