Summary
In Demon Slayer manga chapter 25, Tanjiro reunites with Zenitsu, who has been sleeping throughout their mission. They continue their journey to Mt. Natagumo, where they must eliminate a group of demons who have been attacking travelers.
As they enter the forest, they encounter a young girl named Kanao, who works for a demon-affiliated organization. Kanao attempts to kill Tanjiro and Zenitsu, but Tanjiro is able to disarm her and convince her to talk.
Kanao reveals that she was trained to become a demon’s servant, and has been sent to the forest to retrieve a special herb that can enhance a demon’s powers. Tanjiro and Zenitsu offer to help Kanao retrieve the herb, hoping to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands.
As they make their way deeper into the forest, they encounter a group of demons who have been fighting amongst themselves for control of the herb. Tanjiro and Zenitsu engage in battle with the demons, while Kanao uses her unique abilities to gather the herb.
After a difficult battle, Tanjiro and Zenitsu are able to defeat the demons and retrieve the herb. Kanao is grateful for their help, and decides to leave her organization and join the demon slayers.
The chapter ends with Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Kanao continuing their journey to Mt. Natagumo, ready to face whatever challenges lie ahead.
